We accept payment via credit card and bank transfer to our bank account.

All credit card payments are processed by via Stripe's super secure Payment System.

IMPORTANT: We are on holiday over August seeking new good creations. This means we will not be able to process your order until October 2017.

If you've already placed an order and can't wait until October please email us at care4me@goodcreations.nz with your order details and we will refund you.  Otherwise, thank you for waiting.

Your order will be dispatched within 10 working days of ordering. Delivery time depends on where you live, see "How much does shipping cost?" for more on this.

Why does it take up to 10 days?

We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, but the time it takes varies depending on whether we need it sent to us from our trusted supplier or not. This is particularly the case with made-to-order goods and with many of our artisan products. NB| To provide you with a wide range of products from large and small providers, all at competitive prices, we do not hold all items in our warehouse.

All orders are processed and shipped via NZ Post at the rates disclosed below.

We ship to any international postal address. See "how much does shipping cost?" for details.

We offer FREE SHIPPING via track and trace on standard sized items to all New Zealand addresses. Oversized items may incur an additional cost but we'll let you know this before you check out. Delivery 1-2 business days from dispatch.

No signature on delivery. Tracking available. Delivery 3-10 business days from dispatch.

Rest of the World $34.99 NZD

Good Creations is not responsible for any local Customs duties or taxes placed on international orders. Prior to making an international purchase, please check with your local postal or Customs authority. We must declare full monetary value of your purchase.
