Standard terms & conditions

- If, by mistake, an item has sold out at the time of your purchase, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.
- All pricing on this site is in NZD.
- Good Creations reserves the right to change pricing at our discretion and without warning.
- Good Creations reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
DISCOUNTS
- Discounts only apply to full-priced items.
- One discount can only be applied per purchase.
- All sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
- We accept payment via credit card and online payment directly to our bank account;
- All credit card payments are processed by via Stripe Secure Payment System.
- To provide our customers with a wide range of products from large and small providers, all at competitive prices, we do not hold all items in our warehouse. This is the case with made-to-order goods and with many of our artisan products.
- We aim to dispatch our customers’ orders as quickly as possible, but dispatch times vary depending on whether Good Creations has the ordered item in its warehouse, or needs it to be sent to us from our trusted supplier.
- For this reason, you should expect your item to be dispatched within a maximum of 10 working days.

All orders are processed and shipped via NZ Post at the rates disclosed below.

Flat rate shipping charge via track & trace is used for all New Zealand deliveries.
North Island (ex. Rural Delivery) $6.99 NZD

No signature on delivery. Tracking available. Delivery 1-2 business days from dispatch.
TO AUSTRALIA
All Australia $29.99 NZD
No signature on delivery. Tracking available. Delivery 3-10 business days from dispatch.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Good Creations is not responsible for any local Customs duties or taxes placed on international orders. Prior to making an international purchase, please check with your local postal or Customs authority. We must declare full monetary value of your purchase.
- We understand the challenge of buying online is not being able to touch the product before you order it. We try to be accurate and detailed with our descriptions and measurements, so please read through these carefully on each product page and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to completing your purchase at care4me@goodcreations.nz
Returns policy
- Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return you must:
- ensure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging;
- email us at care4me@goodcreations.nz to tell us that you are returning the item and why;
- return the item to us within 30 days of purchase – we will send you the address details when you email us;
- include your Good Creations packing slip or other proof of purchase with your returned item.
- Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you notification that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return request is approved, then your refund will be processed with a certain number of days according to your original method of payment, by a credit to either:
- the credit card your used to purchase the item you are returning; or,
- the bank account your used to purchase the good the item you are returning.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted. This is the discretion of Good Creations.
- Late or missing refunds
- If you don’t receive an approved refund within a reasonable timeframe, first please check your bank account again. Then
- contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund has processed completely.
- Next contact your bank. There is often a few days’ processing time before a refund is posted.

- If you don’t receive an approved refund within a reasonable timeframe, first please check your bank account again. Then
- Refunds on sale items
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items purchased using a Promotional Discount cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item, please follow the same steps as for returns – see in section 3.
- Where you live, may affect the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you.
- For both exchanges and refunds
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping your order will be deducted from your refund.
- We will process approved refunds or exchanges within 7 business days of the return arriving to our warehouse, followed by a confirmation email.
- We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Good Creations reserves the right to deny a refund of the returned merchandise if it does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy.
